Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused appliances in original condition. Refunds will be processed once the item is inspected. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with consumer rights. All items must be brought back to Smart Tech (York) Ltd, LS25 2GB by the customer.
