Deliveries are 'Door-step' deliveries only, if the delivery team deem it safe to deliver into the property the can, but we are only obliged to deliver the appliance to the door-step or to the point of steps. Failed delivery due to access issues may incur a charge or collection only.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused appliances in original condition. Refunds will be processed once the item is inspected. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with consumer rights. All items must be brought back to Smart Tech (York) Ltd, LS25 2GB by the customer.

7. Warranty All appliances come with warranty, warranty term will be confirmed per appliance. Extended warranties may be available on selected products. Warranty covers mechanical faults but excludes accidental damage or misuse. Back to base warranty meaning the buyer is to return the appliance back to Smart Tech (York) Ltd.

8. Trade Accounts Trade customers may be eligible for bulk pricing and invoicing terms. All trade agreements must be confirmed in writing. Smart Tech reserves the right to withdraw trade terms at any time.

9. Liability Smart Tech (York) Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.
